MOLUCCAN SIEGE

The 3rd Series of paintings were painted in Holland. I was inspired by newspaper photographs and an article in Time, about the hijacking of a Dutch train by Molucaan freedom fighters just a few miles from where I was staying at the time in 1977. The paintings are 1219 x 914mm.
